Is my data safe?
Yes. We use enterprise-grade providers with no-training agreements, deploy on infrastructure you control where it matters, and document exactly what data each tool sees. You'll get a data flow diagram, not vague reassurance.
What does it cost to run?
Small AI tools usually cost between €20 and €200 a month to run, depending on usage. We size and price every tool with the running cost in plain view, so there are no surprise bills.
Will it hallucinate?
It can. We design every tool with a "safe failure" mode - if the AI isn't confident, it says so and hands off to a person. We also test, log and monitor outputs, so we catch issues before customers do.
Do I need a website rebuild first?
Not always. We can drop a chatbot or assistant onto most existing sites. Bigger integrations sometimes benefit from a refreshed site - we'll tell you straight if that's the case.
