The brief

A real shop trapped inside a social media account.

Julie has been selling baby clothes (0-3 months) through markets and social media in the Valencian Community since 1990. Over the years she'd built significant traffic on Facebook, but she had no platform of her own to manage orders and payments at scale.

Sales were strong, but the workflow behind them was unsustainable: DMs, manual quotes, bank transfers, spreadsheets. The brief was a proper home for the business - a real shop she controlled, not rented from a feed.

What we built.

An eCommerce stack designed for a one-person operation managing real volume.

Fully responsive eCommerce

Mobile-first storefront - that's where customers actually browse and buy.

1,000+ product catalogue

Categorised and searchable, with consistent product templates that scale as new lines arrive.

Integrated payments

Card payments handled cleanly so Julie isn't chasing transfers.

Order management

One place to see what's been ordered, what's been paid, what's been shipped.

Outcome

From DMs to a real shop.

"Much more manageable when taking orders, receiving payments, and listing products."

Julie now runs the business from one platform she owns - same warm, personal feel for customers, far less admin behind the scenes.
